Emily Fitchpatrick

Emily is the Founder & CEO of Flagship Equip. Emily spent a decade as Founder and Executive Director of an anti-trafficking organization serving sexually exploited teen girls. She grew the organization from a start up to a staff of 14 with over $1.5 million in assets in 2014. Her work in the fight against human trafficking has been featured in Christianity Today magazine, CBN’s 700 Club, and other media outlets. She has presented to members of Congress in Washington D.C., and received numerous awards including a community leadership award from former FBI Director Robert Mueller. Prior to her anti-trafficking work, she was employed by the Billy Graham organization at The Cove. In 2015, Emily became a Certified Coach with Ministry Ventures.

Emily uses her 15 years of ministry experience to provide coaching and consulting to faith-based nonprofit organizations. She has personally coached and executed fundraising strategies for several ministries in recent years, resulting in $3 million + raised.

Steve Shadrach

Steve has a passion for developing laborers to reach the world for Christ. He has been involved with many different collegiate ministries and served as Pastor of Students and Missions at University Baptist Church (1983-1986). In 1986 he founded Student Mobilization, which focuses on evangelizing and discipling college students in the U.S. and abroad. In 1999 he co-founded The Traveling Team with Todd Ahrend. In 2001 he turned these ministries over to the next generation of leadership to launch the Center for Mission Mobilization (CMM) (formerly The BodyBuilders), which seeks to "engage, equip, and connect believers to their most strategic role in completing the Great Commission."

 

From 2004-2012, in addition to leading the CMM, he was the Mobilization Director for the US Center for World Mission. Steve has a Master's in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Doctorate of Ministry in Church and Parachurch Executive Leadership from Denver Seminary. He has authored four books—The Fuel and the Flame: Ten Keys to Ignite Your Campus for Jesus Christ, Brown Like Coffee: For Students Who Think Outside the Box, The God Ask: A Fresh, Biblical Approach to Personal Support Raising, and Viewpoints: Fresh Perspectives on Personal Support Raising. He resides in Fayetteville, AR, with his family.

Jeremy Reis

Jeremy is the Senior Director of Marketing at World Concern leading creative, direct marketing, digital, and sports partners. He is the author of Raise More Money with Email and Magnetic Nonprofit and teaches nonprofit marketers at NonprofitDonor.com.

 

Jeremy serves on the Advisory Council at Christian Leadership Alliance and speak about digital fundraising, acquisition, and building donor relationships.

 

Jeremy is husband to Jennica and father to seven. They live near Franklin, Tennessee. 

Kristin Hammett

Kristin is the Director of Ministry Services for The Signatry. She partners with ministries to train, consult and equip them with fundraising solutions. Her passion is to help ministries connect God’s resources to His work.

 

Kristin is an experienced development director and consultant with over 10 years in fundraising support.

Zach Leighton

Zach is Founder and Principal Creative at Reliant Creative. Reliant Creative exists to tell the stories of ministries through visually engaging design, photography, video, and writing. Reliant Creative provides brand development and strategy, brand identity, web design and development, photography, cinematography, and print.

 

 Zach graduated in 2010 from Vanguard University in Southern, CA. Reliant Creative is based out of Sacramento, CA.

Jeremy Turner

Jeremy, a native of Huntington, WV, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marshall University and an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise from Louisiana State University at Shreveport. Jeremy is a DISC-Certified Behavioral Consultant, has earned the Entrepreneurship Center Management (ECM) Certificate from InBIA.

Jeremy is the Founder and CEO of EPIC Mission. He is a sought after coach, consultant, speaker and trainer, and has worked with many groups and organizations on topics including board development, business and nonprofit operations, succession planning, leadership development, strategic planning, organizational development and social enterprise development. 

Chris Horst

Chris is the Vice President of Development at HOPE International, where he employs his passion for advancing initiatives at the intersection of faith and work.

Chris serves on the boards of the Denver Institute for Faith & Work and the Mile High WorkShop and is a founder of dadcraft.com.  

Chris and his wife, Alli, have three children—Desmond, Abe, and June. Chris has recently undergone a radical transformation from self-proclaimed foodie to a man who prepares far more trays of chicken nuggets than avocado toast. (He wouldn't change it!)

Conference Emcees: Rebecca Johnson, Sal Ferlise & Tonia Lyon

Rebecca is a motivated trainer, speaker, author and columnist for several magazines. She is currently the Director of Education for a large software company rated the top in their field for the past seven years. She was named as one of the "Most Influential Women" in her field. Rebecca has been part of Flagship since inception and has helped develop courses, blogs and led several workshops. Serving at Flagship allows her to use her wealth of corporate experience to equip ministry leaders for excellence in leadership. Rebecca and her husband reside in Asheville, NC.

Sal is CEO at Sports Outreach Institute, CEO/CDC at Dot Solutions LLC. Sal was born and raised in Long Island, NY. He's been married to his wife, Toni, for more than 20 years. Sal is driven to see leaders become more efficient and effective - because the world needs you at your best! 

Tonia has led teams, traveled the world, climbed mountains, raced cars, and interviewed fascinating, influential people in her media career.

 

Tonia says: "I used to thrive on being the hero in my own story. But now, lifelong learning is my platform. I get abundant joy out of guiding and developing leaders to solve problems and become their very best selves to change the world."

 

Her coaching business is called “Unscripted Life.”  In 2019, Tonia partnered with Dot Solutions LLC. to lead their network of coaches.
